Bench-Bar Committee Courtroom Chat Series- Valuable Tips for Practicing in the Colorado Court of Appeals

Take advantage of this great opportunity to obtain valuable information about practicing in the Colorado Court of Appeals. Our speakers will include three Colorado Court of Appeals Judges, including Hon. Pax Moultrie and Hon. Grant Sullivan, along with the newest member of this Court, Hon. Melissa Meirink. Judge Meirink will discuss her transition to the Bench and her initial observations from a new judge's perspective. Then, all three panelists will provide valuable tips for effective written and oral advocacy in their Court, in addition to general practice pointers. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a casual “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenters.
