***Coffee Talk*** February's topic is, Mechanics Liens - come ask questions and learn from the lawyer who, literally, wrote the book on the topic. Speaker Carrie A. Rodgers of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter. Ms. Rodgers has a vast background in mechanics lien claims and both claims and co-authored the handbook, Colorado Construction Mechanic Lien Practice. Join colleagues Wednesday, February 23, 2005, from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM, at the Denver Bar Association, 1900 Grant Street, 9th Floor. The cost is only $5 for DBA members and $10 for non-members.
