***Coffee Talk*** October 's topic is Malpractice Prevention. ***Court Orientation*** The YLD will be hosting its annual Court Orientation on November 18, 2004 in the Jury Assembly Room at the Denver City and County Building from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This program is designed for newly admitted and new-to-the-area attorneys who want to become familiar with the Denver courts and judges. Denver District and County Court Judges and their staff will be on hand to introduce you to the facilities and the Denver court process. Topics will include local rules and procedures, Civil trials, Domestic Relations proceedings, available resources, and general practice tips by some of Denver's most prominent judges. Cost is just $38 for DBA members and $48 for non-menbers and includes CLE (7 general credits and 1 ethics credit applied for), resource materials, and a pizza lunch.
