Pro Bono Spotlight
MVL Looking for Attorney to Assist with Pro Bono Case
Metro Volunteer Lawyers needs an attorney to assist a client with getting a death certificate for his ex-wife. While client was still married, he had a life insurance policy on his wife, which he continued to pay for after their divorce in 1995. His wife continued to stay in touch with the children until 2005, when contact stopped. She was on drugs and living on the streets at that time so, they filed a missing person report with the police. If you are interested in assisting this client please contact Patricia Trujillo at (303) 866-9307 or patt@denbar.org.

Law Practice Management
Android Apps for Easy Note-Taking and Dictation
“One of the fundamental ‘tools’ of the attorney arsenal has long been the yellow legal pad. I keep an abundant supply of these around my office, but as my law practice has evolved from paper to digital, I depend more on my Android tablet and smartphone for notes and reminders. Android has an abundant number of apps for note-taking, some of which are fantastic, and some that fail miserably. Here are a few favorites,” writes Jeffrey Taylor. Read more at Attorney at Work.
