DBA YLD Coffee Talk: Hot Topics in Patent Law, April 27 at 8 a.m.
Michael Dulin, partner at Hensley Kim & Holzer, will discuss the upcoming consideration of the inequitable conduct doctrine by the en banc panel of the Federal Circuit in the pending case of Therasense v. Becton Dickinson and Bayer, as well as the patent reform initiative before the U.S. Congress. One CLE credit has been requested, and the cost is $5 for members and $15 for non-members. Pro Se Instructors Needed for Popular Collections Clinics
These popular clinics are offered once a month, 11 a.m.–1 p.m., at the Denver City and County Building. Volunteer attorneys offer instruction on gathering information, filing forms, defending one's position, and court procedures. For more information, e-mail Meghan Bush.
