The popular legal ethics hypotheticals CLE program is back! Faculty members will present and discuss hypothetical fact patterns that represent legal ethics situations that Colorado attorneys face frequently in their practice. For more information, click here.
Bench and Bar Luncheon Series: Reel Ethics—Hollywood Looks at Lawyer Behavior, Dec. 15
Using short excerpts from a wide ranging selection of movies and television programs, Denver District Court Judge Robert L. McGahey, Jr. and NITA's Director of Specialty Programs, Mark S. Join us for a view of how Hollywood treats lawyer ethics. Two ethics CLE credits have been applied for. The December program is free for members, and will take place from noon to 1:40 p.m. in the Law Library at the Denver City & County Building.
