Committee for Balanced Legal Careers
The Colorado Bar Association has recently created the Committee for Balanced Legal Careers (f.k.a. 2020 Law Firm Initiative Committee) in association with other legal organizations. The Committee is focusing on creating new models for practicing law in the future which address important issues and demographic realities and provide a more balanced work environment.
