*** December 9: Tuesdays at the Bar – “There Ought to Be A Law!”
In a special visit from the gold dome at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 9, Jeremiah Barry’s Lawmaking 101 session will explain the inner workings of the Colorado General Assembly and its Office of Legislative Legal Services. How can you propose a new statute or fix an old one? When is public testimony permitted? What legislative history is available? Barry is a Senior Staff Attorney of the Office of Legislative Services.
