DBA member Leslie Matthews recommends the upcoming special screening of the legal thriller, “They Killed Sister Dorothy,” a documentary showing at the Denver Film Festival at 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 22, at the King Center Theater on the Auraria Campus. Filmmakers and special guests will attend this screening. The plot follows the 2005 murder of Sister Dorothy Stang, who was shot six times and left to die on a muddy road in the Brazilian Amazon.
