The DBA’s Annual Bench/Bar Retreat, “Mending Justice,” will be Oct. 21, 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., at the Inverness Hotel. The Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado has been selected as an official charity of the new Denver Marathon, scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 15. The deadline is approaching to nominate a young lawyer for the 2006 Richard Marden Davis Award. Nominations are due Sept. 1.
