A low-income disabled man needs help obtaining guardianship over his elderly mother who is suffering from dementia. Her doctor is supportive of the guardianship. The parties live in Denver. The DBA Seniors Committee annual golf tournament will be Wednesday, July 25, at the Homestead Golf Course, 11500 W. *** Waterman Trust Fund Administrator Needed
The DBA Waterman Trust Fund is seeking attorney applicants to serve as a DBA officer/administrator to assist in managing the Waterman Trust Fund, which assists members of the Colorado Bar who are "aged, infirm or otherwise incapacitated" and financially needy. The Waterman Trust Fund meets once a month for a one- to two-hour meeting. Attorney applicants must be a member of the Denver Bar Association willing to serve a five-year term.
