Recent U.S. Supreme Court cases have greatly enhanced the importance of prompt and thorough legal investigations of claims of workplace harassment. In this CBA–CLE course, national speaker Jeff Johnson uses his expertise as an investigator to walk through the process — from the first signs of potential trouble to the final touches on the written report, and discussions of that report with interested employees. *** Be an Appellate Judge for a Day
The University of Colorado Law School needs lawyers and judges to serve on three-person panels to hear oral arguments from first-year law students in an appellate advocacy class. Arguments will take place April 9–18 in Denver and Boulder. Each argument will last approximately an hour-and-a-half.
