TUESDAYS AT THE BAR

Make reservations for these programs by sending a check for $15 ($25 for non-members), payable to the Denver Bar Association, to: Tuesdays at the Bar, DBA, 1900 Grant St., Ste. 900, Denver, CO, 80203. A form to use is below. You also may RSVP by calling (303) 860-1115, ext. 727, or e-mailing lunches@cobar.org. Indicate the program you will be attending. All programs are at the DBA, third floor, at noon. Cost includes lunch and typically one CLE credit. (Coffee Talk is a morning program on the 9th floor, and includes a continental breakfast for $5.)

*** April 3: Sexual Harassment Mediation
To demonstrate the mediation, a hypothetical fact pattern and a high-quality video (DVD) professionally produced by JAMS will be used. Discussion follows the mediation, and advocates and mediators will talk about how they might have handled issues differently. One general credit requested.
*** April 10: Tips for Drafting Better Estate-Planning Documents
Learn what to remember and what to avoid when you are drafting estate-planning documents. One general credit requested.
*** April 17: eDiscovery and Federal Rules

*** April 24: Ethics Update
An update of the most recent ethics opinions. One ethics credit requested.
*** Wednesday, April 25: DBA–YLD Coffee Talk — Legal Ethics Issues Pertaining to Expert Witnesses
