How do I find out how many continuing legal education credits I’ve earned? Answer: The Colorado Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal and Judicial Education maintains your CLE records. You may check your transcript online at the Board’s website at www.coloradosupremecourt.com/CLE/cle_home.htm. How do I know that my registration or order was received? Answer: CBA-CLE sends out confirmations by email. We process all registrations as they are received. If you have any doubt that your registration was received, you can call CBA-CLE at 303-860-0608 or e-mail cle@cobar.org for additional assistance. What if I register for a seminar and find out that I cannot attend? Answer: You may switch your registration to a Video Replay or to an Audio-Homestudy, MP3 Download, Video On-Demand or you can request a refund. If you cannot attend the Video Replay or do not want the Homestudy, please call CLE at 303-860-0608 to request a refund. CBA-CLE does not maintain credit-balances on your account to be applied towards another course or product. What is CBA-CLE’s refund policy? Answer: Purchasers who are not satisfied with print publications or homestudies may return them within 30 days in unmarked, undamaged condition, and the purchase price will be refunded. What if I decide to attend a seminar at the last minute? Answer: We do allow for walk-in registrations at all of seminars, with few exceptions. You should call the CBA-CLE offices at 303-860-0608 in advance, if possible, to check that the seminar has not been closed or sold out. What if I have special needs when attending a seminar? Answer: The CBA-CLE offices and facilities are fully accessible, with plenty of room in the CBA-CLE classroom. If you have any specific concerns or if special accommodations are required, please call us at 303-860-0608. How long does it take to receive a book or audio-homestudy order? Answer: CBA-CLE normally ships orders within 5 to 7-business days of receipt of the order. The charge for shipping is $10 per order. You will be notified by telephone of any items on back order that may delay fulfillment of your order. Answer: For guaranteed two-day or next-day delivery by UPS Overnight, we must receive your order by 12:00 noon p.m. Mountain Time, and we charge $15 for two-day and $25 for the overnight shipping charges. What if I order a book or supplement and I don’t want it? Is there a CBA-CLE bookstore where I can look through books? Answer: Yes. The CBA-CLE bookstore is located in the main foyer of the CBA-CLE offices, located at 1900 Grant Street, Suite 300, in Denver. Many of CBA-CLE books are also available in the Supreme Court Law Library, the University of Denver Law Library, and the University of Colorado Law Library. What if I have a question relating to licensing requirements? Answer: The Colorado Supreme Court website at www.coloradosupremecourt.com has all links to all of the Supreme Court’s attorney and applicant regulatory departments. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. Do I need a special affidavit for my mandatory continuing education credits? Answer: No. The Real Estate Commission recognizes CBA-CLE courses for continuing education credits. The Commission no longer issues separate affidavits. You must maintain a copy of the CBA-CLE affidavit, with a copy of the program brochure or agenda, in your personal, office records for seven years. Does CBA-CLE have a Tuition Assistance Policy?
