Workers' Compensation
Concentrates on issues and problems concerned with the Workers' Compensation Act. The Section consists of attorneys representing both claimants and respondents in cases for the Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation and the Division of Administrative Hearings. The Section is divided into several committees: Legislation, Division of Labor/Workers' Compensation/Administrative Hearings Liaison, Rules and Regulations, and Continuing Legal Education.
In conjunction with Continuing Legal Education in Colorado, Inc., the section conducts an annual seminar.
