Do not post any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials. Messages should not be posted if they encourage or facilitate members to arrive at any agreement that either expressly or impliedly leads to price fixing, a boycott of another's business, or other conduct intended to illegally restrict free trade. With regard to any inquiries about what other lawyers charge for their services, please note that there can be no discussion on the listserve relating to: current or future billing rates, fair profit, billing or fee procedures, or terms of credit. The SSF listserve is subject to §5 of the FTCA, along with applicable federal and state antitrust laws. Consider offline contact or consult.
Colorado Bar Association does not actively monitor the list for inappropriate postings and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings. However, in the event that any inappropriate posting is brought to the Colorado Bar Association’s attention, the Colorado Bar Association will take all appropriate action.
The Colorado Bar Association reserves the right to terminate access by any user who does not abide by these guidelines.
