Denver Law is Asking “Why do you do Pro Bono?”

As part of the National Pro Bono Celebration taking place on October 19–25, Denver Law seeks to elevate the importance of pro bono to its community of students. We are asking lawyers to answer the following question: Why do you do Pro Bono? You can make a meaningful contribution to help instill the value of service in the next generation of lawyers by taking a moment to share what motivates you to do this work. You can write five words, or five paragraphs! Submit your statement by Monday, Oct. 6 to Alexi Freeman. In your submission, please indicate if you do not want us to identify your statement with your name and affiliation.
Sponsored by the ABA Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service, the National Pro Bono Celebration week was created to provide an opportunity for legal organizations across the country to commemorate the vitally important contributions of America’s lawyers, and to recruit and train more volunteers to help meet the growing demand for legal services. click here
