Problems Logging on to Casemaker?
Please try any of these options if you are having trouble getting in to Casemaker
If you're using Internet Explorer (IE):
1. Delete all History
**If you are having problems using a browser other than Internet Explorer (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari) to access Casemaker, you can delete your browsing history and cached internet files from the settings menus in whatever browser you are using.***
Add www.cobar.org to Trusted Sites
Close out all Internet Explorer windows
In addition to the obvious Internet windows that are open, you also must close
2. Then, open a new browser window and go back to the CBA homepage and try to log on again. If, when you go to www.cobar.org, it shows you as still being logged on, please refresh the page so that you are logged off. The goal is to re-enter your username/password so that the correct information is there to log you into Casemaker. Once you are re-logged on to the CBA website, click on the Casemaker links to go back to Casemaker.
