The CBA Solo Small Firm Section will sponsor a two-hour ethics CLE program on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, from noon to 2pm on the 3rd floor at 1900 Grant Street, featuring the Honorable John Leopold, retired Chief Judge of the 18th Judicial District (and currently with JAMS), and Ben Aisenberg, a member of the DBA Metropolitan Conciliation Panel. They will share war stories, and attendees will come away with a list of practical tips for diffusing difficult situations with opposing counsel. Two ethics credits will be available.
