Summary:

Alison Butler Daniels joined the firm of King & Greisen in the fall of 2003. Her practice primarily focuses on employment discrimination and harassment cases, but she also handles cases dealing with police brutality and general civil rights law.

Prior to joining King & Greisen, Ms. Butler Daniels worked at Wagenlander & Heisterkamp, LLC in Denver from 2001 through 2003. While there, her practice focused on issues concerning Indian tribes, with an emphasis on governmental and housing issues. She also worked extensively with public housing authorities on various cases.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Butler Daniels took a position as an assistant public defender in West Palm Beach, Florida. She worked there from 1997 through 2001. During her tenure at the office, she handled a full range of misdemeanor and felony cases for juveniles and adults and participated in over 20 jury trials.

Associations:

Ms. Butler Daniels is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Plaintiff’s Employment Lawyers Association and the Colorado Indian Bar Association. Outside the field of law, Ms. Butler Daniels has been a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2002.

Ms. Butler Daniels is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Florida and New York.
