Crusading for literacy? Start here!

The Odyssey Charter School, in Stapleton at 8750 E. 28th Ave., is looking for reading volunteers for students ranging from kindergarten through eighth grade. Volunteers read with one student, once a week, for at least one semester. First grade through eighth grade have reading times Monday through Friday, 8:15–8:45 a.m. Kindergartners have reading Monday through Thursday, 12:30–1 p.m. Volunteers often report that reading with a child is the best part of their week. If interested, call Julie at (303) 316-3944, ext. 43230.

Barristers After Hours — Cancelled

Help give a child a healthy smile! For more information contact Leslie Toepfer, event chairperson, at (303) 369-2245 or lgt@toepferlaw.com.
