Happy 25th Docket Craig Eley, Bob Kapelke and the rest of The Docket gang celebrate in style
Save the Date! On Friday, July 18, the CBA Regional President’s Visit comes to Denver. The day includes a luncheon followed by an afternoon of CLE programs, which include: “Law Practice and Technology,” “All that Ethical Jazz” and “Practice Tips from the Bench.” The afternoon will be topped off with a lively round of the “Bench Bar Bowl,” with everyone’s favorite game show host—2003-04 CBA President Bob Truhlar. Looking for Something to Do? Make your way to a section symposia! In an effort to bring a wider variety of targeted programs to members, the CBA is offering a number of small symposia. Like last year, the symposia will take the place of the traditional CBA annual convention and is presented through the cooperation of the Colorado Bar Association CLE. Run (Or Walk) Like the Wind! Invite your colleagues, friends and family to run the Denver Bar Association’s First Annual Lawyers Have Heart 5K. On June 7, run to benefit the American Heart Association’s fight against heart disease and stroke. If running isn’t your thing, there is a walk starting five minutes after the race. You can also collect money for your firm’s team or volunteer to help organize the event! Participants can run, walk, or make up a team of three (one must be a woman), by registering at www.colhh.org.
