Common Issues in Depth-Limited Oil and Gas Transactions

This trend combined with the expansion of horizontal drilling on leases with existing vertical production creates a number of legal and operational challenges. The challenges addressed in this presentation include:
  1. Wellbore assignments.
  2. The Maintenance of Uniform Interest provision in the AAPL Form Operating Agreement.
  3. Simultaneous operations issues.
Submitted for one (1) general credit.
