Feel and Perform Better Through the Mindfulness Meditation—Saturday, Jan. 26
The Colorado Contemplative Lawyers Society, the Colorado Lawyers Assistance Program, and the CBA invite lawyers, judges, and law students to a course in mindfulness meditation and practice. Feel and perform better in your professional life, deepen your understanding of the nature of reality, enhance your ability to resolve stress, and deepen your emotional intelligence as you develop a meditation practice rooted in mindfulness. The program will be held Saturday Jan. 26, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the CBA offices, 3rd floor. Light breakfast and lunch provided. Cost, $55.
Wear comfortable clothes. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow or cushion if you have one (a few extras mats will be available at the event).
